  I am with you on the hairy ears. I asked my now husband, very early in our relationship, if I could pluck his ears. Not really romantic, but it was a huge turnoff. Now I have passed on the duty to child. She kinda liked doing it when she was a little girl, now as a teenager, she grumbles. She told him last time, that he should just braid it, and comb it over his bald spot. HL

  texas is having a tax free weekend on all clothes and shoes, and .

  each must be valued under $100.00.

  so oklahomans will be traveling to texas, in droves, to spend our money in all of the boarder towns, including dallas.

  Texas is having a tax free weekend on all clothes and shoes , and . each must be valued under $100 .00. So Oklahomans will be traveling to Texas, in droves, to spend our money in all of the boarder towns, including Dallas.

  In the mean time, our Oklahoma leaders can't seem to see that our money is going out of state. The merchants are gearing up. One store, just over the border, told me that they usually run 20K. Saturday they will run 80K.

  Does your state have a tax-free weekend? Or a neighboring state? Will you go? We are! We will also spend the night in a Hotel, buy gas, clothes, eat out. I say Texas is going to be better off, losing some tax dollars for the weekend. HL

  when your 26 yr old son calls mom to tell him his microwave must be broke because it is arcing waves back and forth ,and the mom says " son what was in the microwave when this happened ?

  son says" nothing , mom says" what do you mean nothing ,you can't run a microwave with nothing in it " son says " well how else do you preheat them

  I bungeed, and while I had almost hit rock bottom in depression, I would go over the railroad track near my home several times a day without looking. My friends made me go to the doctor. Gawd, I love happy pills! HL

  When your child is on the internet Instant Messinging, and a older teenage boy corrects her spelling. We are from South Oklahoma, I know we have a small accent, but she said something about her High Hills. He asked what High hills are in Oklahoma. She said the high hills she wore to the dance. She really thought that is how you spelled it. She is an A-B student. We need to study harder.

  I love the little girl picture. Everybody is putting their pictures as their avatars. I didn't even have one. So I experimented and learned how to put my own picture up here. I'll put myself up against Brooke anytime. Notice my curves! HL
